About Aron
Aron is an AI procurement platform whose agents collect supplier bids over email, send follow-ups, review contracts against internal policy and flag invoices that diverge from contract prices. The company launched in September 2026 with $8 million in funding, including a $6 million seed led by Storm Ventures.

What is Aron?
Aron is a startup using AI to ease the work of procurement teams. Formerly known as NegotiateAI, it positions itself as procurement's chief of staff, handling sourcing, supplier chasing and invoice checks starting from the files a company already has.
The core workflow Aron targets is the request for quote, or RFQ, where procurement teams ask multiple suppliers to bid on the same contract. Historically this involved heavy manual work: chasing suppliers that miss deadlines, clarifying missing bid details and organizing submissions. Aron spins up AI agents that collect bids via email, send follow-ups and organize the data, which the company says removes the need for dedicated supplier portals.
After a supplier is chosen, Aron's agents scan the proposed contract by comparing each clause against internal procurement policies. Once an agreement is signed, the platform spots invoices that diverge from contract pricing and warns users before auto-renewing contracts renew. Its agents work from a knowledge graph linking invoices, contracts and related documents that are often stored in separate systems.
Aron says customers can see a return on investment within three weeks and that it shortens the RFQ workflow by an average of 21%. Founder and CEO Dominic Toselli leads the company, which has signed mid-market and Fortune 10 clients.
