Your listing stays live; only the fee gets refunded. We can offer this because we control the routing, so we know exactly what landed in your dashboard. No honor-system arguments.

Buyers click "Get a quote" on your listing and submit a structured project brief: scope, budget, timeline, and contact details. The lead is routed straight to your partner dashboard, where you can reply, mark status, and track outcomes. We email you when a new lead arrives so nothing sits in a tab you forgot to open.

No. It's a single one-time payment for a permanent listing. We don't add monthly fees later, and we don't take a cut of any leads or projects you close. If we ever introduce a separate paid lead-gen tier, it'll be optional and additive, not replacing what you already have.
