The company was founded in 2024 by Alex Zilberman (CEO), Gal Lellouche (CTO) and former general counsel Gil Banyas (COO). According to its September 2026 announcement, Chamelio has hundreds of customers, including Wiz, monday.com, Socure and AppsFlyer.
In September 2026, Chamelio raised a $26M Series A led by Entree Capital with participation from Work-Bench, Emerge Ventures and Bright Pixel Capital. The funds go toward its proprietary legal action model, legal engineering and product hiring, and onboarding technology that helps customers migrate off legacy CLM systems.
