About Dili
Dili is AI-powered compliance software for construction projects with federal funding, covering rules like Davis-Bacon prevailing wage, apprenticeship requirements, OSHA, and EPA. It extracts data from unstructured documents with AI and enforces rules with deterministic systems.

What is Dili?
Dili automates compliance for construction projects that carry federal funding. These projects must meet complex rules, including Davis-Bacon prevailing wage requirements, apprenticeship requirements, OSHA, and EPA regulations, and the paperwork typically arrives as unstructured documents such as payroll records.
Dili uses AI to extract data from those documents and then applies deterministic systems to check it against the rules. That split is deliberate: AI handles the messy reading, while rule enforcement stays predictable and auditable.
The company serves construction project managers and contractors working on federally funded infrastructure, including manufacturing facilities and data centers. According to TechCrunch, its software has been deployed on approximately 700 projects. About half of customers use it as in-house software, while the other half outsource compliance entirely to Dili.
Dili was part of Y Combinator's Summer 2023 batch and is led by co-founder and CEO Anand Chaturvedi. In July 2026 it announced a $15 million Series A led by Khosla Ventures, with Allianz, Rebel Fund, Brick and Mortar Ventures, and Y Combinator participating, bringing total funding to $21.7 million.
