Gaia is an enterprise AI platform from Saudi Arabia built around data sovereignty. It connects an organization's knowledge, files, emails, systems and workflows into a single operational intelligence layer, and the company's core promise is that data never leaves the organization.
The platform has three main parts. Enterprise Search returns instant, cited answers across every connected system and shows the exact file, thread or record behind each answer. The AI Assistant is a generative AI tool grounded in the organization's own knowledge base, with inline links to original sources. AI Agents complete tasks across applications, automate recurring work such as summaries and reports and run full workflows.
Gaia is permission-aware, so employees only see information they already have access to, and high-risk agent actions are routed to a person for approval before they run. The company says it was designed for Saudi organizations from day one, including native Arabic and English support.
Gaia was founded in 2026 by Badr Al-Malluh (Co-Founder and CEO) and Mohammad Rababah (Co-Founder and CPTO). In September 2026 it raised $1.5 million in a pre-Seed round led by Seedra Ventures to keep developing the platform and work with Saudi enterprises adopting AI.
