What is Guideless?
Guideless is an AI-powered software training and operational knowledge platform from Lithuania. It automates the creation and maintenance of software training materials and workflow documentation, which teams otherwise spend significant time producing and updating as tools and processes change.
The platform captures workflows as users perform them inside business software, then uses AI to turn each step into structured training content. That includes visual sequences, written instructions, transcripts and narration. The content can be edited, branded, shared or exported. Because workflows are captured step by step rather than as fixed screen recordings, tutorials can be updated, adapted and translated more easily. Guideless supports text-to-speech in more than 40 languages.
The company plans to use the structured workflow data it collects as an evolving source of operational knowledge, giving AI agents company-specific context about how work is done. Guideless says it has more than 3,000 users and paying customers across 15 markets, with teams at Vinted, Masan Consumer Holdings and the Nevada Hospital Association using it.
Guideless was founded by Evaldas Bieliunas (CEO) and Dovydas Remeika. In August 2026 it raised EUR 1 million in pre-seed funding led by Superhero Capital, with FIRSTPICK VC and Vinted leaders as angels.
