About Itoflow
Itoflow is a UK AI platform that helps professional investment teams scale research and portfolio management. Its agents learn how each firm researches opportunities, manages risk and reviews portfolios, then run those processes continuously across asset classes. In August 2026 it raised $2.5 million (1.8 million pounds) in pre-seed funding led by Balderton Capital.
What is Itoflow?
What is Itoflow?
Itoflow builds AI agents for professional investment teams. Instead of imposing a particular investment philosophy, the platform learns how each firm researches opportunities, manages risk and reviews portfolios, and then turns that approach into governed workflows.
In practice, investment teams define their investment approach, risk constraints and review criteria. Itoflow's agents use those instructions to conduct quantitative research and backtesting, continuously monitor portfolios and surface material changes with supporting evidence. The workflows can run across global markets and asset classes, including equities, bonds, ETFs, commodities and digital assets.
The company says its own agentic infrastructure gives it more control over the security and reliability of agents meant to operate for months or years as markets change. Its long-term research goal, according to co-founder and CEO Aditya Jha, is self-improving investment agents that learn which approaches keep working and when an apparent edge has decayed.
Itoflow was founded in 2026 and is currently running pilots with investment teams. In August 2026 it raised $2.5 million (1.8 million pounds) in pre-seed funding led by Balderton Capital, with angel investors including Cleo founder Barney Hussey-Yeo. The funds will expand engineering and quantitative research teams and support commercial and regulatory work.
