What is Naive?
Naive (styled naive) builds infrastructure for "autonomous companies." Its website describes a flow where you pick a company template, deploy it, and watch an agent team run it. Under the hood, Naive offers an API that provisions what a business needs to operate - payments, email, phone numbers, cloud infrastructure, storage, and even company incorporation - so agents can handle the operational grunt work.
To keep agents in check, the platform includes governance layers for budget management and for restricting what agents are allowed to do. That makes it relevant both to developers and founders experimenting with agent-run businesses and to established companies automating operations.
According to TechCrunch, Naive signed up more than 30,000 developer customers within months of launch, and its annual run-rate revenue grew 10x over six months to the low double-digit millions.
Naive is led by co-founder and CEO Sean Dorje. In August 2026 it raised a $28.5 million Series A led by Nexus Venture Partners, with Y Combinator, Zetta, Liquid 2, and angels including Gokul Rajaram participating, bringing total funding to about $32 million.
