Solo founder, currently building ShardStitch a tool that captures your AI coding session's state and hands it off when the session dies or you switch tools. I validate before I build: ran a 9-day organic Reddit experiment (30+ subreddits, 140K+ views, 400+ replies) before writing a line of code, then shipped based on what actually held up. Zero ad spend, zero cloud dependency by default. I'd rather ship something small and real than chase a bigger story.
